Just Scribble

When my life gets a bit stressful, I find creating patterns or scribbles in my art journal calms me:

  6. You certainly have channeled your stress in the right direction with all those wild shapes and gorgeous color. I do the same thing Jill, my drawing has and continues to keep me moving foward no matter what life dishes out for me.

  7. I never thought I’d say this… but your stress looks sooooo pretty!! I really like your scribbles and patterns! feel like I’m having a lot of those days lately… it’s always doodlewashing with a glass of wine that works for me! (sometimes writing, but always wine! hehe)

  8. Love your scribble! I like to doodle to relieve stress too but reading a good book works or jigsaw puzzles. I can loose myself in those!
