The Wafflestomper

The Wafflestomper bird is often seen while hiking in the wilderness.  This bird is recognizable by its footprints and flannel checkered feathers…

    • Thank you Jodi – it would look cute hanging in a kitchen! 😍 Thanks for the idea! And I could attach a recipe for waffles. ❤️ You could do something like that with your art too! Everyone loves your recipes! Maybe you could have one of your AMAZING photos on one side and the recipe on the other side like the recipe card I posted yesterday. Start sending them with your cards you sell on Etsy. And if people really like them, you could sell them separately. Just a thought I had. 😊

      • Thank you Jill! You are too kind! I’ve wanted to paint, sketch, play piano, speak French fluently, and create crafty things since I was a wee little thing, but painting, sketching, sewing, French, Piano, and crafting are SO MUCH OVER MY LEVEL OF ABILITY. I struggle and carry on trying despite being told by a sewing teacher, and art teacher to give up and try something else. I’ll never be any better than mediocre at piano, and my French is elementary despite knowing a good bit of vocabulary, and grammar rules. Heads up. I’m a stubborn woman!

The camera has opened up a canvas for me that all other genres of art have not. It’s the one creative thing I think I can actually make something good once in awhile, but I do struggle with composition, and the abstract. I’m literal which I think isn’t a great quality for someone wishing to be an artist or creator of art or music. I’ve always said I’m in hell now because of this.

I missed so many great lines in Heaven when choosing to come to Earth because I was determined to live in time of indoor plumbing, and curling irons! Okay, yes I lost a lot of time just chatting with other angels in the lines. Yeah, I’m a chatter duck. Whattyagonnado? 🙂

  15. Looooooove <3!!! Which wilderness do these beauties live in? It would be quite lovely to hike and come upon a little wooden shack and eat waffles made by a family of wafflestompers :-)!
