I was thankful that I didn’t have to cook the Thanksgiving dinner yesterday. We joined my hubby’s family with a household of LOTS of people! I’m not used to being around this many people so I found it calming to create this doodle in my art journal:
It was fun to add pattern to the negative space. Tomorrow I hope to add color to the positive shapes.
Wishing you a fabulous Friday!! Cheers! 🙂
I love this. And I like all the empty spaces among the busier ones- to me it represents the calm you can have inside your own head in the midst of chaos, or activity, or difficulties.

Hi Cynthia!! 🙋 Happy Thanksgiving to you too, friend!! 💕🦃 I didn’t get it painted today as I hoped because I needed to clean house…and it’s rare that I’m in the mood! 😉🐄 I have been thinking about a color scheme. Any ideas?! 😍

Hmmm, something festive for the holidays. Maybe lime green, red, and a cheery pink!
