I was looking through a magazine and these smart picks showed up while making this silly collage:
Did you know that peas contain a type of antioxidant that may protect against inflammatory-related diseases?
After making this collage, I had peas for dinner last night! Lol!

A good giggle this morning…good to know about peas. Here is a recipe for a cauliflower/ pea salad… no cooking needed
1/2 a head of cauliflower ( chop up into bite size pieces)
5 chopped green onions
2/3 cup of frozen peas ( no need to cook, they thaw quickly)
1/2 cup of 1/4″ cubes of sharp cheddar cheese
Dressing – estimated amounts, but use equal amounts of each
1/4 cup of mayo
1/4 cup of plain greek yogurt
Mix everything together and enjoy.
