Sometimes I just like to swirl my paintbrush around with watercolor in my art journal. No thinking involved… just playing with color:
Yesterday, I didn’t have much time but I still wanted to DO something! So I created this haiku over my ribbons of paint:
I remember using scissors to create ribbons for wrapped gifts before store bought bows became popular. Β “Zip!!” And curls appeared like magic!
Wishing you a day withΒ happy memories!
Cheers! Β π
A haiku is the perfect response. (K)

Sometimes I like to create simple pages like that so I will have ready made backgrounds for journaling or to add future art to. Love them! I love your haiku!

Why not just go with the flow? It’s often the best. Lovely painting and words.
